How fast will I receive my designs?
Approximately, most of the requests are covered in just two days or less. More complex requests may call for different measures but it rarely happens.
What are the payment options, whether it be a subscription model or a single-project?
We switched to monthly plan subscriptions recently and our partners are very content about it, but we always try to provide various payment options for your preferences as well. There is always room for discussion! Also, wire transfers and payments with credit cards in installments are possible via Stripe and Paypal.
Can I request revisions or modifications to the designs?
Absolutely! We value your feedback and strive to ensure that the final designs meet your expectations. We offer a revision process where you can provide specific feedback and request modifications. Who are the people working on my project?
Working with us on one or more of our services means that you’ll have a dedicated team of designers, developers, managers, and marketers required for that specific project. If you opt for extra services, it means that we’ll work with our expandable team base.
What tools do you use?
Design requests are designed mostly using Figma. For development, we mainly use Webflow and other tools we mentioned above. How do I request designs? We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs, but we always vote for Notion and Slack. Sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video is super fine too. Basically, if we can track them up in one place, we’ll be more than fine.
What is the typical turnaround time for design projects?
The turnaround time for each project depends on its complexity and the specific requirements involved. However, we prioritize efficiency and aim to deliver designs within a reasonable timeframe. During our initial discussions, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project, ensuring transparency and managing your expectations.
