Hello, Product Designers!

We’re on the hunt for a mid-level Product Designer to join our close-knit team. You’ll be designing web and mobile consumer products and collaborating closely with designers, developers, project managers, testers, and the entire team.

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio: An online portfolio showcasing your strong creative skills and relevant web and mobile projects.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing consumer products.
• Skill Set: Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Notion, Slack, and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Design Thinking: Solid understanding of design thinking and the iterative design process.
• Visual Variations: Comfort in creating multiple design variations for testing and measuring.
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate and present design ideas.
• Artistic Flair: Strong sense of color science, combinations, and an artistic touch.

Qualifications

• UI Design: Transform low/high-fidelity wireframes into stunning user interfaces, including screen layouts, color palettes, typography, micro-interactions, and icons.
• Iterative Design: Work within functional requirements and design considerations to create comprehensive designs.
• Guidelines & Standards: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary team including UX designers, project managers, developers, and testers.
• Product Improvement: Identify new product improvement opportunities based on user feedback and internal insights.
• Trends & Learning: Stay current with design trends and continuously improve your skills to stay ahead in this competitive market.
